Teddiursa – The Honey-Loving Pokémon

Teddiursa is a Normal-type Pokémon introduced in Generation II (Pokémon Gold and Silver). Inspired by a bear cub, it is easily recognized by its brown fur, crescent moon marking, and adorable expression.

Despite its small size, Teddiursa is a true foodie. It loves honey and even produces it by mixing pollen with its saliva. It is often seen licking its sticky paws, a trick that helps it hide its scent from predators.

When it evolves into Ursaring, it sheds its cute appearance and becomes a powerful bear Pokémon. But don’t be fooled—behind its innocent look, Teddiursa is clever and resourceful, able to defend itself with sharp claws and bites when needed.
