The Crow was directed by Alex Proyas and released in 1994. It is the film adaptation of the 1989 comic book series of the same name. It stars Brandon Lee as Eric Draven, a young rock guitarist, and his girlfriend Shelly Webster, who are brutally murdered on the eve of their wedding by a criminal gang led by T-Bird. Eric witnesses the rape and murder of his fiancée before being murdered himself. A year after their deaths, a mysterious raven resurrects Eric to exact his revenge.
