Tokka – The Savage Mutant Turtle of the TMNT Universe

Tokka first appeared in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze (1991) as a mutated snapping turtle, created by Shredder using mutagen on a baby turtle. Usually seen alongside Rahzar, Tokka is the brawn-over-brains counterpart to the Ninja Turtles.

While immensely strong, Tokka has the mind of a child, making him both dangerous and unpredictable. Loyal to Shredder, he’s a force of chaos, often used as a weapon of brute strength.
