Space Jam: A New Legacy is an American film directed by Malcolm D. Lee and released in 2021.

Co-written by Ryan Coogler and Sev Ohanian, it follows Joe Pytka's Space Jam, released in 1996. Like its predecessor, Looney Tunes Takes Action (2003), it mixes live-action, "traditional" animation and 3D animation.

The film stars basketball player LeBron James as a fictionalized version of himself, as well as Don Cheadle, Khris Davis, Sonequa Martin-Green and Cedric Joe in live-action roles. It also features numerous "Looney Tunes" characters such as Bugs Bunny, Sylvester, Charlie the Rooster, Daffy Duck, Marvin the Martian and Lola Bunny.

Due to the large number of references, cameos and crossovers, the trailer created a global event and went viral. On its first weekend of release, the film was a success, grossing $32 million - a record for a family film released at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.
